As unnaturally gloomy as Ryuutaro had been over the last time as easy it was to get him exited. It was as if his usual not-this-not-that-mood had vanished in favor of the extremes. Had he noticed this, Ryuutaro would probably have done his best to get back to his prior self, but for now he remained oblivious to the change. It would most likely calm down again anyway.

He held himself close to Hayato as he looked around the city once again, this time with considerably more calm and attention than the last short time they'd been up here.
It really wasn't so much difference from his world after all, if he disregarded the lack of beyblades, but by now he was used to that.
But then again what he saw here didn't matter as much as what he had witnessed earlier. The nature of a world was underneath what meets the eye. But Ryuutaro didn't want to reduce the place to mafia business either, that would've killed him.
