While Ryuutaro naturally twitched heavily at Squalo's loud voice he seemed considerably not startled at the Varia. Something about the way they talked right now just seemed completely familiar to him. Maybe he'd really spent too much time in the Dark Nebula back then...
Looking back it seemed like an almost okay place to stay at, before Battle Bladers at least.
