And Hayato happily scooped Ryuutaro up in a big hug, lifting him off the ground in the process, a bit over the top for a greeting, even for him, but he had missed Ryuutaro just so much. He held the boy tightly for a moment before pulling back from the hug, just looking at Ryuutaro so adoringly. He nodded with a big grin at the question.

"It went really well! We're gonna attack in three days! Until then I'm off the hook!"

Which meant for the next three days he could be with Ryuutaro, trying to make this whole world suck less.
