Bianchi nodded and shifted Hayato so that he could repeat the address to the man on the phone, then spewed out something that sounded like a venomous threat, then took off down the stairs and outside. She quickly laid Hayato down into the back of one of the cars, and grabbed the attention of one of the drivers... by grabbing him by the collar of his shirt, threatening his life and telling him where to drive. The driver nodded and scrambled into the driver's seat of the car to avoid Bianchi's wrath, while the woman turned to Ryuutaro.

Her demeanor instantly shifted from irritable and in control, to fearful, worried, and desperate. She placed her hands on Ryuutaro's shoulders as she spoke.

"The Doctor is going to meet you in front of the building, his name is Shamal. He may not look like much but he's been our family doctor our whole lives. Make sure to keep pressure on the injury to slow the bleeding as much as you can, and please take good care of my brother."

And with that she lets him go to get in the car with Hayato.
